Process Application Header
Thermal imaging is an efficient means of monitoring flow in process applications. Early detection of leaks or equipment corrosion can prevent gas leaks, fire and even explosions. Many process application inspections are conducted in hostile environments, where the target and ambient temperatures are high. The Ti30 can be used at a distance so problems can be detected in even the most adverse situations.

Process Thermal Image - Sugar Mill

Process Thermograhy Image

Sugar mill steam trap. The Ti30 shows how steam is trapped in normal operation (above) and in a faulty operation in which steam is allowed to pass through (below). Temperature differences are shown in support of the infrared images.

Process Thermal Image - Sugar Mill Steam Valve

Sugar mill steam valve. This infrared image shows how steam bypasses a leaking valve in a sugar mill.
