9640A RF Reference Source Firmware Upgrade
Two different firmware upgrades are available. Which you may download depends on the version of 9640A model you own.
V2.16 firmware upgradeThis upgrade is compatible with 9640A models with instrument serial number 954455386 and above. These models also have a mod strike of 3 on the rear panel label.
V1.35 firmware upgrade
This firmware upgrade is compatible with 9640A models with instrument serial number 954455385 and below.
Download instructions and a list of firmware revision history, new features and resolved issues for both upgrade versions are documented here. You will be asked to complete a brief product registration form before going to the download page for the first time.
