Made of 316 stainless steel suitable for food service. Also suitable for liquids and gels. Restrictions: The 316 stainless steel cannot be exposed to halides or sulfides. Measurement range: -40ºC to 260ºC (-40ºF to 500ºF). Compatible with the 80TK (for use with DMMs) and with the 51/52 Digital Thermometers and with other measuring instruments that accept mini-connectors.
